  • MEET OUR CEO

    Dr. Peter Ebo Kwarteng Tobbin, Ethical Hacker and Cyber Security Expert, Director, Centre for IT Professional Development, GIMPA; Director eScan Microworld Ghana, Director Ascensis Ghana, is an Information Technology Specialist, who has acquired extensive experience in Electronic Government and Enterprise Systems Architecture disciplines.

    He has worked on many projects in Ghana, Benin and Liberia. Developed both the e-Government Strategy and the Enterprise Architecture for Benin and Liberian governments. He is also a seasoned Information Security Professional and a general IT Service Management Expert (ITIL Expert Level). He has worked on sensitive IT Audit and Security Projects for a variety of private and public institutions, locally and abroad.

    He holds a PhD in Information Technology and Telecommunications from Aalborg University in Denmark, MSc in Information Technology from Westminster University in UK and a BSc in Business Accounting from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside. He is also a Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He is again Microsoft certified.
